Cass River Pet FriendZ Rescue is celebrating 5 years this month of hard work and nearly 2000 successful adoptions of cats and kittens, dogs and puppies.
We have received two small grants in the past two years making it possible to spay/neuter 77 pets for people with low incomes. We held a huge canine shot clinic, vacinating over 462 dogs and puppies.
We have helped nearly 100 county residents alter their companion pets this year,alone, through our spay/neuter voucher assistance program.
Every animal that leaves our rescue is altered. The over-population of unwanted animals in this county is overwhelming! Just this summer alone we have already spent over $7000.00 on veterinary bills and our bank account is dwindling rapidly!
To continue much needed help for animals,, we as a comitted group for homeless/unwanted pets need your help! For our fifth year anniversary we are looking for many people who will help us help animals in need by donating just $5.00 a month for 5 months or even better for 5 years.
